The City of Laurel and Convey911 unite to empower inclusive communication, offering seamless multi-modal channels to ensure no citizen is left behind in accessing essential services.

Objectives

The objective of the Convey911 and City of Laurel partnership is to establish a robust and inclusive communication platform that aligns with Laurel's motto of "progress through people." This innovative solution will cater to the needs of over 1/3 percent of the population, who speak languages other than English, ensuring that every community member can effectively engage with and access a wide range of city services.
